Cancellation
Cancellation of registration to the Conference remains possible subject to the following conditions:
Cancellation requests must be done by writing an email to the Secretariat of the Conference; Bank information details must be joined to the email according to conditions of article 6 hereafter;
Financial conditions apply as follows:
- If the cancellation email is received between March 17th, 2017 and May 31st, 2017 at the latest, one hundred per cent (100%) of the registration fees will be reimbursed;
- If the cancellation email is received between June 1st 2017 until August 31st, 2017 at the latest, fifty per cent (50%) of the registration fees will be retained;
- Cancellation received after August 31st, 2017 won’t give rise to refund possibility and registration fees will definitely remain to IRSN.
Refund modalities
In respect to the above mentioned provisions, refunds will be made by IRSN on the bank references transmitted for cancellation request, bank references which must remain the same bank references transmitted for the payment.
